In his role as CIO, Mr. Steigelfest, a seasoned information technology executive with more than two decades of experience working at some of America's leading corporations, will manage the firm's IT department and lead its next generation technology development.

At Spherion, he was credited with reducing its overall information systems cost structure while upgrading to a high-performance production environment and delivering application and business intelligence solutions. Mr. Steigelfest has also held IT management and executive-level positions at Sweet Paper Sales, IBM, Ryder and Kemper Insurance.

Mr. Steigelfest holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science and mathematics from Tulane University School of Engineering and an M.B.A from the University of Miami.
