ATLANTA, July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- IP Gallery, an innovative company designing, developing, and delivering all IP / IMS core-network solutions and advanced multimedia applications, announced today that David Spear has been named Executive Vice President.

As Executive Vice President, Mr. Spear will be responsible for IP Gallery's strategic direction, marketing, sales and overall growth for North America.

Mr. Spear is an industry veteran with 30 years of experience in telecommunications, spanning marketing, sales, service, manufacturing and engineering. He has extensive experience in North America supporting both cable operators and traditional service providers.

Prior to joining IP Gallery, Mr. Spear served as the Executive Vice President, Strategy and Market Development for Cedar Point Communications. During his tenure at Cedar Point he headed up sales, marketing, product management and partner activities, as well as serving as CEO during the initial start-up stage, successfully launching the company, securing financing and capturing key tier one customers. In addition, Mr. Spear had a long and successful career at AT&T/Lucent Technologies, where most recently he served as the Senior Vice President of Market Development, growing the broadband access market in Asia from $10M to over $200M.
