Social Media Presence Will Improve Customer Service and Brand Awareness
Jul. 17, 2009 08:30 PM
FreeTaxUSA today announced the launch of its social media campaign. Major social media hubs will play a critical role in how the website reaches current and potential customers. The effort comes in response to the growing popularity of Facebook, Twitter, and other social engines. The goal is to improve current and future customers' engagement with FreeTaxUSA. "If a large number of our visitors are using these services we want to be there for them," said FreeTaxUSA Marketing Director Matthew Gause. "Interacting with customers in this new medium will provide valuable insights and improve our online tax service." Social sites have grown significantly in recent months and years. Users are becoming more sophisticated in the way they interact with companies. In true Web 2.0 fashion the dialog between companies and users is becoming more frequent. Customers share their experience with their entire network of friend in a few keystrokes. Word-of-mouth is traveling at the speed of thought with these new capabilities. FreeTaxUSA wants to make every user's experience the best it can be. Being part of social communities and listening to customers is a priority. Customers can connect with FreeTaxUSA on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Digg, Squidoo, StumbleUpon, Delicious, FriendFeed, and YouTube. Latest Cloud Developer Stories
