Layered Technologies Named to the 2009 Tech Titans Fast Tech List
Web hosting company ranks among fastest-growing technology companies in North Texas

PLANO, Texas - July 29, 2009 - Layered Technologies, Inc. (Layered Tech), a leading worldwide provider of on-demand IT infrastructure, has been named to the 2009 Tech Titans Fast Tech Five Year Listing by the Metroplex Technology Business Council (MTBC), the largest technology trade organization in Texas. The Tech Titans Fast Tech Award annually recognizes the fastest-growing technology companies in the DFW Metroplex, based on percentage of revenue growth during five-year or one-year periods.

Companies considered for the Tech Titans Fast Tech Award can be public or private and from any technology segment, including communications, computer and peripherals, Internet, life sciences, semiconductors, software and media. To qualify for the ranking, companies must own proprietary technology; Layered Tech possesses a fully automated Web hosting platform called Astro that dramatically accelerates the availability and provisioning of servers for customers and channel partners alike. As a winner in the five-year growth category, Layered Tech is eligible for the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, which recognizes the 500 fastest-growing technology companies in the U.S. and Canada.
