To meet its increasing resource requirements, Palm Beach County has been modernizing its infrastructure including the broad deployment of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 to support its employee collaboration and information access requirements. Because Florida’s Sunshine Law gives citizens the legal right to request copies of all public records, the County must retain all documents indefinitely.
