Altova Announces Discounts
Programs In Effect Over the Summer

Altova has announced a half-price offer for its UModel 2005, and 20% discounts for the price of a four course Altova Online Training series. Both the XML Schema Accelerated Series and the XSLT Accelerated Series begin with introductory topics and progress to the advanced concepts of the subject matter. The discount are planned to be in effect through August 21. The announcements were made in the company's Connection Newsletter.

Hightlights include:

The special half-price offer applies to the Unified Modeling Language (UML) 2.0 modeling tool. UModel 2005 takes the mystery out of UML, Altova says, making visual software design practical for programmers and project managers everywhere. Over and above its powerful diagramming capabilities, UModel 2005 also provides advanced code generation, reverse engineering, and round-tripping functionality with initial support for the Java programming language. It's the simple, cost-effective way to draw on UML.

The 20% discount applies to the company's four-course Altova Online Training series. Both the XML Schema Accelerated Series and the XSLT Accelerated Series begin with introductory topics and progress to the advanced concepts of the subject matter.
