RightScale and WaveMaker Software have integrated so customers can deploy WaveMaker-beholden web apps on clouds such as EC2 in a click
and then manage them through RightScale's automated cloud management platform.
WaveMaker claims to have the only open source PaaS solution for developing cloud applications. It combines a secure multi-tenant server framework with a web-based self-service studio so users can customize cloud applications without coding. It's visual drag-and-drop software.
It claims a developer community of 10,000. Customers include Ameren, National City Bank, Macy's and Pioneer Energy.
