Ms. Gostel brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing, and business development experience to FedSources, specializing in building and institutionalizing sales processes and infrastructure in the government technology sector.

Before joining FedSources, Ms. Gostel spent five years in management positions at Deltek, Inc., heading up sales, marketing, and product management initiatives. She launched, created strategy for, and managed growth of GovWin – Deltek’s business development solution for government contractors.

Prior to her work at Deltek, Ms. Gostel was a market consultant supporting results-driven growth strategies for new and established government contractors. She has held various executive leadership positions at SI International, CACI, I-NET, Lockheed Integrated Solutions Company (LISC), and Planning Research Corporation (PRC), where she demonstrated success in every step of the business development life cycle.
