This is the third in a series of five initial articles, in which I'm going to put my thoughts and findings on the subject of Enteprise Mobility. For this article I've decided to discuss the Opportunities that lie in front of companies that undertake an Enterprise Mobility Strategy. Many critical processes are part of business process/workflow such as Purchase order requisition, HR requisition, Expense approvals, Intranet notifications, Timesheets, Tracking KPIs and CRM sales activity. More productivity from the worker & great service to the customer With consumer led devices being adopted in the Enterprise, through employees being allowed to bring devices into the Enterprise, businesses can bring consumer lessons into their company as well, such as App Stores for example. Other possible oppertunities for Enterprise Mobility, include mCommerce, though there needs to be either a small eco-system with high transactions, or a larger eco-system with small transactions, to make sense.
