Richard Davies wrote: The UK has a good crop of technology pioneers in cloud computing - for example ElasticHosts, FlexiScale, Flexiant, OnApp - and also some strong government initiatives such as G-Cloud. We will have to see whether this kind of technical leadership converts into swift mass-market adoption or not.

Stop Error “0x0000C1F5” May Cause Partition Loss in Windows Vista
Partition Recovery

Kernel is a critical component of a Windows NT-based operating system. It sits between Executive and HAL and offers multiprocessor synchronization, interrupt and thread scheduling and dispatching and execution dispatching and trap handling. This is also in-charge for initializing the device drivers on boot-up, which are required to get the Windows up and running. MS Windows uses kernel-mode drives that allows it to interact with the hardware resources.

But in some situations, where some kernel files may get damaged or lost, system may not boot up and all your hard drive partitions become inaccessible. This behavior leads to partition loss situations and need Windows Partition Recovery to be sorted out.

In a practical scenario, when you attempt to start your Microsoft Windows Vista computer, you might come across the below Stop error on blue screen:

“0x0000C1F5”

This error prevents you to boot up your system and thus does not allow you to access Windows hard drive partitions. In such cases, you need to identify the cause of this problem and perform Partition Recovery to fixing it.

Root of the issue

This problem might take place if your computer's system file $TxfLog has got damaged. This is a critical component of Windows kernel. The general Clfs.sys (Log File System) could not fix $TxfLog file when it gets damaged. Along with stop error, you might also find out that Windows Vista does not start until you repair or remove the offending disk.

Solution

In order to sort out this issue, damaged file has to be repaired. It could be done by booting your system using a disk that has ability to self-heal such kind of problems. It could be done through MS Windows 7 installation disk. In order to Recover Partition, go through below steps:

Obtain Windows 7 installation disk.

Boot your system through this disk. Once booted, abort the setup process.

Once your system has started successfully, remove Windows 7 installation disk and then reboot your system from hard drive.

If above method does not work, opt for Partition Recovery Software. They are effective and advanced tools for quick and absolute recovery in most of the partition loss situations. The applications use high-end scanning techniques for assured recovery. These tools are completely safe and easy to use.

Stellar Phoenix Windows Data Recovery is the best ever made and the most powerful application to ensure smooth, secure and easy recovery of all lost partitions. It recovers FAT32, VFAT, NTFS and NTFS5 file system partitions. The software is designed for Windows 7, Vista, 2003, XP and 2000.
