WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Famous Famiglia will hold a memorable event for the Harlem community on Sunday, December 13th, 2009, at Famous Famiglia on the corner of Lexington Avenue and 125th Street, and Harlem Hospital.

Beginning at 1pm on Sunday, December 13th, the Famous Famiglia organization will welcome the Harlem community to their 125th Street and Lexington Avenue pizzeria for an opportunity to visit and take a photo with Santa Claus, and eat delicious pizza.

To continue on in the spirit of the day, at 4pm Famous Famiglia will host a special pizza party for the children of Harlem Dowling, a foster group in the area. The children will be invited to sit and take a photo with Santa Claus, receive a Christmas present, enjoy the tossing talents of the World Pizza Toss team, and share a great Famous Famiglia meal with the company's co-founders and friends.

Then, at 5pm, the Famous Famiglia group will head to the pediatrics department of Harlem Hospital to host a special holiday party for children. Patients and families will be able to enjoy time with the group and visit with Santa, as well as receive a memorable Christmas gift while experiencing the fun and excitement of a live pizza toss show, provided by the World Pizza Toss Champions.

The day's events and gifts are all part of a generous gift given by the Famous Famiglia organization.
