NEW YORK, Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Deloitte announced today that it received top honors in two categories of The M&A Advisor 8th Annual M&A Awards in recognition of Deloitte's acquisition of the BearingPoint North American Public Services practice this year. Houlihan Lokey, financial advisors to Deloitte during the acquisition, and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, legal counsel, are co-recipients of the honors.

Deloitte received the top award in the categories of Upper Middle-Market Deal of the Year ($250 million and above) and Professional Services Deal of the Year. The M&A Advisor M&A Awards honor deal-teams, deal-makers and firms whose activities set the standard for the industry.
