Richard Davies wrote: The UK has a good crop of technology pioneers in cloud computing - for example ElasticHosts, FlexiScale, Flexiant, OnApp - and also some strong government initiatives such as G-Cloud. We will have to see whether this kind of technical leadership converts into swift mass-market adoption or not.

Cal-Games Inc. Introduces the Original Golf-Trivia iPhone App

NEWPORT BEACH, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/06/10 -- Cal-Games Inc. is proud to announce the release of The Original Golf Trivia application for your iPhone, iTouch or iPad.

Cal-Games has reintroduced the popular trivia game from 1984 as an iPhone application. The Original Golf Trivia 2010 edition has over 1500 updated and thoroughly researched questions, state of the art graphics and scoring for up to four players. "The game will provide you, your friends, family members and golfing partners endless rounds of great golf with fun and thought provoking questions," says Jeff Courtney, President of Cal-Games Incorporated.

From Cal-Games' website: Golf Trivia is a question and answer contest about the grand old game of golf. The more you know about golf (and the better your memory), the better player you'll be. And as in the game of golf itself, there's a spot of luck involved (call it the "rub of the green" if you like). You'll know what we mean when you're trying for your first birdie, or even an eagle.

About Cal-Games:

Cal-Games was originally created in 1984 by an avid group of golfers led by Larry Courtney, who owned an advertising agency and dreamed of creating the original game. Twenty-six years later Larry's son, Jeff Courtney, partnered with Steve Miller, Vice President of Cal-Games, to create the Original Golf Trivia 2010 edition. A creative partnership with Gravity Jack, designer and developer of robust custom software solutions, was started to recreate the fun and spirit of the original game that became so popular in the '80s.

About Gravity Jack:

Gravity Jack, Inc. was founded in 2009 with a lean and agile model. The company designs and develops software solutions for all industries including retail software for both the iPhone and Android operating systems (http://gravityjack.com/).

The game is available at the iTunes Applications store and at the Cal-Games website (http://cal-games.com/).
