ROCKVILLE, Md., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul Roitman Bardack, Chief Executive Officer of MyJewishLearning.com, today was elected President of the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA) during their Annual Membership Meeting in Long Beach, CA.

The USDLA is the largest and most influential distance learning organization in the country. It is composed of distance learning professionals from throughout higher education, K-12, government, military, nonprofit, and corporate communities. The USLDA seeks to share best e-learning practices through its journal, national, and international strategic alliances; to create professional networking opportunities through its chapters and conferences; and to advocate appropriate public policy through its policy forum and advocacy activities.

It is currently coordinating global distance learning initiatives through partnerships with similar trade groups in Canada, Japan, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
