Created as a new, independently operated company from the mobile division of Exclaim, Inc. in late 2009, Exclaim Mobility will focus its development efforts on the creation of next-generation platforms for sharing, storage and management of UGC. Exclaim Mobility’s offerings will enable consumers to share all of their digital content, including photos, videos and other mixed media, through all consumer electronic devices and across all major branded social media platforms and messaging formats.

Exclaim Mobility will continue to develop and market Pictavision®, the number-one selling user-generated content sharing and socialization application for mobile consumers, with over 250,000 paid subscribers. The company’s UGC socialization platform and associated mobile applications are deployed by mobile network operators to offer premium services to consumers.
