We can now tailor services and reporting tools while accelerating implementation to better meet the increasingly unique needs of our customers more quickly and cost effectively than outsourcing can accomplish," Waterman continued.

VitalStream Professional Services will assist customers in all phases of product implementation, Waterman said, with proven software development methods and a structured project management process to ensure project success. It will help design, build and deploy custom solutions that integrate with existing customer systems to meet their particular business needs.

VitalStream's core product suite consists of VitalStream's Streaming Service for Flash, Streaming Service for Windows Media and Content Delivery Service. The customized solutions created by VitalStream Professional Services will integrate with these products and enhance them to make them more useful for specific customer applications, and can be delivered through VitalStream's MediaConsole.
