First Operation Payback Arrest Made: WSJ

An unidentified 16-year-old boy was arrested by Dutch police in The Hague Wednesday night

An unidentified 16-year-old boy reportedly involved in the massive WikiLeaks-provoked Operation Payback attacks on MasterCard, Visa and others was arrested by Dutch police in The Hague Wednesday night, according to the Wall Street Journal Thursday.

According to the Dutch prosecution office he confessed.

His computers and storage devices were seized and he remains in custody bound over for a court appearance Friday.
