Taking data storage, scalability and application performance to a nifty level using SOA Application Grid infrastructure will no doubt enhance data and application performance on Oracle architecture platforms, it also has the promise of a cost effective and efficient IT delivery model. The very benefits of SOA.

MSN Search Provided DOJ with "Absolutely No Personal Data"
57 Experts in Redmond Learn that Microsoft and MSN Search, Despite Public Opinion to the Contrary, Did No Harm

57 bloggers/online experts gathered in Redmond yesterday at the "MSN Search Champs" event were invited to discuss with senior MSN management the recent news and concerns around the data MSN Search, Yahoo and AOL provided to the US government. The precise nature of the information hadn't been disclosed...until now. It turns out that it was nothing more than an innocuous two-column list of search terms and frequency.

The entire situation is discussed in this exclusive podcast, in which Fred Oliveira, Dion Hinchcliffe, Joshua Porter, and Alex Barnett - all Web 2.0 Workgroup members - feature.

The podcast was recorded in room 2205 of the W Hotel in Seattle, WA, on Wednesday, January 26th.

For the impatient, the information about what Microsoft did or didn't submit to the DOJ occurs almost exactly half way through the podcast.
