Silverlight News Desk Olympic Advantage Launches Music Related Web Hosting Subsidiary
MusiciansHost.com Helps Artists To Expose Their Music To A Global Audience
Feb. 3, 2006 12:15 PM
Creative Web technology group Olympic Advantage announced the launch of its Web hosting subsidiary, Musicians Hosting, intended to provide up-and-coming musicians with web hosting. The new Web hosting service offers musicians Web hosting packages priced at $2 a month. Clients can decide on the look, style, and content of their sites, while Musicians Hosting keeps them up and running. The company says, Musicians Hosting provides web-based technology, software and services for the music industry and independent musicians around the world. Olympic Advantage previously created the "Performing for Tips" program, and music-delivery mechanisms designed to enable local musicians to expand their audiences onto a global scale. "The introduction of Musicians Hosting Web Hosting continues our commitment to providing easy-to-use and affordable Web services to independent musicians," says Olympic Advantage president, John Jernigan. "This new service empowers artists to take full advantage of the Internet to promote themselves and expose their music to a broader audience." According to the company, musicians across the globe who are daunted by the cost and time required to create, maintain and host an attractive, effective website no longer have to deny themselves the benefits their own website can provide.
