Canada Web Hosting Acquires Bagna Networks
The Move Will Enable Canada Web Hosting To Provide An Expanded Range Of Enterprise-Class Hosting Solutions

Toronto-based Canada Web Hosting  recently announced its acquisition of Bagna Networks Inc., a corporate IT consulting and managed IT services provider. The company says the move strengthens its position in the Toronto web hosting market and enables it to provide an expanded range of ‘enterprise-class’ hosting solutions.

Canada Web Hosting’s acquisition was driven by Bagna Networks’ proven high quality of customer service, its relationships with clients and prospects in the Toronto area, and the company’s ‘complex high-availability and disaster recovery solutions for corporate clients.

"Bagna's technical expertise and very satisfied corporate customer base was the best starting point for our Enterprise Hosting Division in Toronto that we could have hoped for," said Brian Shepard , President, Canada Web Hosting.

Established in 1999, Canada Web Hosting has operations centers in Toronto and Vancouver and offers a full range of managed hosting solutions.
