At the upcoming Cloud Expo, Racemi will be providing live demonstrations to showcase its new online migration service Cloud Path - that makes migrating existing servers to the cloud point-and-click easy, and free for a limited time. The company will demonstrate how to quickly onboard existing applications to cloud computing providers, like Amazon EC2, Rackspace, Terremark, and GoGrid without costly professional services or rebuilding servers from scratch. Cloud Expo takes place in Santa Clara from November 7-10 and is expected to attract more than 5,000 attendees. Racemi is a Silver sponsor and will be at booth #208. Attendees can sign up for free online migrations as part of the Racemi beta program. "We're getting great feedback from beta users of Cloud Path," said James Strayer, vice president of product management, Racemi. "There is simply no faster, easier, or low-risk way to migrate existing applications to cloud computing." The company's head of services, Adiascar Cisneros, will also reprise his standing room only session from this year's earlier Cloud Expo in New York. The session, "Cloud Migrations - Getting Existing Apps into the Cloud," is scheduled for Tuesday, November 8 at 2:10 p.m. He is also scheduled at the Cloud Expo Demo theater for a 15-minute presentation on Thursday, November 10 at 11:55 a.m., where Racemi will demonstrate its cloud migration software technology. Racemi CEO Lawrence Guillory will participate in a "CEO Power Panel: Where Does the Cloud Take Us Next?" on Tuesday, November 8 at 7:15 p.m. He will also be part of another session, "Dedicated Hosted Private Clouds - Is Deploying Them Really That Hard?" on Wednesday, November 9 at 6:25 p.m. Racemi migrates workloads to the cloud by comparing the configurations of the source and destination servers, and configuring the necessary network, storage, and virtual machine components "in-flight" to ensure that the image can be run on the target cloud platform. Racemi has been named a "Cool Vendor" and has received other industry awards. About Racemi Latest Cloud Developer Stories
