LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/02/12 -- TVG, America's horseracing network, will once again offer the latest news, complete handicapping and expert analysis of this weekend's Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks, highlighted by on-site coverage from Louisville's Churchill Downs featuring Todd Schrupp both Friday and Saturday.

TVG will kick things off tomorrow with the one-hour "Kentucky Derby Profile Show" airing at 11 a.m. ET. The program will profile each Derby entrant, as well as those horses on the also eligible list.

Tomorrow evening is devoted to coverage of the Kentucky Oaks, with TVG airing the one-hour "Kentucky Oaks Handicappers' Preview" at 8:00 p.m. ET. The show will also air on Prime Ticket, MASN and MSG+ (check local listings).

Originating from Betfair Hollywood Park, the show will preview the Oaks' field, update the latest news surrounding the next day's running of the $1 million event and offer handicapping selections from TVG's racing analysts. The "Kentucky Oaks Handicappers' Preview" will re-air several times tomorrow night and Friday morning. Hosting the Oaks handicapping show will be Greg Wolf, joined by analysts Simon Bray and Paul LoDuca.

On Friday night, following coverage of the Kentucky Oaks, TVG turns its attention to Saturday's $2 million Run for the Roses, as the network presents the one-hour "Kentucky Derby Handicappers' Preview," also airing at 8:00 p.m. ET from Betfair Hollywood Park. Again the show will feature Wolf, Bray, LoDuca and Schrupp, who will offer on-site reports from Churchill Downs. The show will re-air Friday night and Saturday morning and will also be carried on Prime Ticket, MASN, MSG+ and Altitude (check local listings).

The "Kentucky Derby Handicappers' Preview" will include an up-to the-minute examination of the Derby field, discuss the latest news surrounding the race and will be highlighted by TVG's team of racing analysts offering their wagering choices.

It will be all hands on deck Saturday with Schrupp setting the scene live from Louisville and the rest of the TVG team reporting from Los Angeles. On tap will be analysis, last minute handicapping information and a complete wrap-up of the big race following its conclusion on a special TVG Kentucky Derby Post Race show.
