Apple is targeting Samsung's flagship smartphone, the four-month-old Galaxy S III.
Apple asked for an injunction against the widget in June. The judge hasn't ruled yet.
Apple is wielding different patents but the dingus could violate two patents the jury said last week Samsung's older models infringed. Samsung claims it doesn't.
