ITC Finds Samsung Infringes Apple Patents
Samsung reportedly has some kind of unidentified designarounds for the three utility patents

The International Trade Commission decided Wednesday that Samsung Android smartphones and tablets infringe four Apple patents - a design patent, a hardware patent and two multitouch software patents - a preliminary determination sure to be kicked upstairs to the ITC's six commissioners for review in February since the agency's only punitive power is to ban the import and sale of infringing products.
Samsung reportedly has some kind of unidentified designarounds for the three utility patents.
FOSS Patents says Android widgetry has now been found to infringe 20 patents worldwide.
