iLumen Announces New Leadership, Market and Geographic Expansion

iLumen, a leader in customized business intelligence solutions, today announced the appointment of Rob Ganjon as chief executive officer and David Kallery as chairman of its Board. Ganjon joins the company after 12 years with American Express, where he most recently served as vice president, digital partnerships and business development. Kallery was previously chief operating officer at Steve Case’s luxury destination club, Exclusive Resorts. Under their first 100 days of leadership, iLumen entered the banking and franchise markets and expanded in the Midwest with its new Denver presence.

“Rob and David’s appointment signals an exciting new phase of growth for iLumen,” commented company founder and Board member Robert Woolsey. “Under their leadership, we will not only strengthen our historical leadership within the accounting industry, we will also expand our market significantly by packaging our proprietary technology to add value for banks, franchisors and franchisees.”

Prior to joining iLumen, Ganjon led high-growth initiatives at American Express including signing several of the company’s largest strategic partners, launching new business ventures, and re-engineering the business models for two of the largest existing units within the company. While at Exclusive Resorts, Kallery headed up all sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, helping the company achieve $1+ billion in sales.

“While at American Express, I had the opportunity to work with iLumen and see firsthand the exceptional value they provide to their customers,” said Ganjon. “It quickly became apparent that their solutions do much more than simply collect and standardize financial information. iLumen’s technology makes it easy for businesses to turn complex data into valuable, actionable insights. David and I are excited to join the company at this important juncture and work with its team to bring the main advantages of the iLumen platform to a wider market.”

iLumen’s platform automates the process of gathering, standardizing and analyzing financial data for businesses in its three target markets. The cloud-based model provides daily access to a total financial picture and allows leaders to drive management decisions with the goal of impacting the bottom line, creating a distinctive and competitive edge for companies to retain and propel their business.

iLumen, founded in 2000, has had great success in the accounting market with customers such as McGladrey and BKD. Today, iLumen’s technology platform enables accounting firms, banks and franchise systems to improve their overall financial performance by providing a holistic, standardized snapshot of the business. Whether you’re an accountant with 200 clients, a franchisor with 500 franchisees, or a bank with 1,000 suppliers, iLumen’s platform allows you to pull individual financial statements from disparate businesses and standardize them to allow for easy apples-to-apples comparison to accurately determine their financial health.
