Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. This service ensures them the seam less running of their system administrative operations while organizations focus more on t...

Denver Cyber Security Announces Merger with Web Development Firm Denver Web Services

DENVER, Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Denver Cyber Security, an IT security firm providing custom solutions for companies throughout the state of Colorado, has recently been acquired by internet marketing and web development firm Denver Web Services. The cyber security component of the newly combined company brings critical strength to the operations of web development by providing protection for IT assets and other sensitive information.

According to Ray Hutchins, President of Denver Web Services, "These two are a natural fit because any company doing business on the web is exposed to one degree or another to cyber security attack, whether from a malicious source or from a competitor wishing to uncover propriety company information. The target may be as simple as a company's customer database, but the solution is obvious: leading-edge, continuously-vigilant cyber security."

Denver Web Services recognized early on that cyber security should be offered as an integral part of web development and deployment.  Denver Web Services is an internet marketing and web development firm that specializes in search engine optimization (SEO), an essential strategy for driving high page rankings for businesses seeking to increase market share by maximizing their presence on Google and Bing.

Hutchins stated, "The fact that internet marketing and SEO are such powerful drivers of business has made it practically mandatory for companies to maintain an internet presence – and as the law of unintended consequences often proves – this very connection and reliance on the internet has become a source of vulnerability.  Cyber security has become a concern for every business that is connected to the internet in any way.  And what company is not connected to the internet? Whether a company needs to protect its own systems, proprietary software, and trade secrets – or whether customer data is at stake, ignoring the stakes and the possible liabilities is no longer an option."

As Shawn Henry, Executive Assistant Director of the FBI stated in the March 28th, 2012 edition of the Wall Street Journal, "I do not believe that there is a single, secure, unclassified computer network in the U.S. today." This is alarming news from the agency most responsible for securing the nation's IT assets, and the keyword in his statement is the word "unclassified."  This designation essentially encompasses every area outside of the government and military.

Attacking the serious issue of cyber security is not just for huge organizations such as the government.  It is an issue for everyone: every person, every business because the cost of an operational interruption could become very serious very quickly.  The effect of it could easily be cascading, and the escalation could result in enormous damage almost overnight.  This, of course, could very possibly include devastating costs, both financially and to a company's reputation in the marketplace.

It has therefore become mandatory that businesses and individuals protect themselves. The massive proliferation of new interconnected technologies has opened areas of vulnerability that must be mitigated and integrated with proper security configurations, safeguards, and monitoring in order to protect from attack and exploitation.

Denver Cyber Security is led by Ray Hutchins, who is CISSP trained and an active member of the Denver chapter of the ISSA.  The company is a partner of Solutionary, one of the top managed security providers in the United States (along with others such as Dell, Verizon, AT&T, IBM, and Symantec).

By utilizing cloud-based technology, Solutionary effectively delivers its security solutions without requiring the purchase of on-site equipment. This cloud-based approach gives businesses the ability to expand the service as their needs grow and change. A cloud-based infrastructure also provides economies of scale that allow for the delivery of very cost-effective solutions.

Hutchins stated, "Again, I can't speak strongly enough to the need to protect my clients' security issues – and also to find innovative ways to ensure that they have the very best shot possible at winning the turf wars at Google and Bing. Having a great website is just the beginning; in fact, it is the foundation of any successful online business strategy, but utilizing search engine optimization effectively as a marketing tool demands thinking out of the box and taking advantage of every possible avenue. And doing it well also includes adding that extra layer of security that only cyber security can provide."
