(NYSE: ARX).  The agreement, which became effective November 1^st, 2012, authorizes Micross Components to promote, sell and support Aeroflex / Metelics Hi-Rel Components line of Defense Logistic Agency qualified (QPL) bare die diode and transistor product lines.
