CallidusCloud's ICM Selected to Improve Performance of Over 10,000 Producers at Leading Health Insurer
CallidusCloud to Replace Existing Competitive Solutions

PLEASANTON, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/14/12 -- Callidus Software Inc. (NASDAQ: CALD), a leading provider of hiring, learning, marketing and selling cloud software, announced today that a leading health insurance provider has selected CallidusCloud's ICM, the market-leading Incentive Compensation Management solution for the insurance industry. The agreement was signed in the fourth quarter of 2012.

The insurer aims to improve producer performance and service levels. Currently they have over 10,000 external producers selling commercial and Medicare product lines in North America. The goal of the project is to dramatically improve sales results across the insurer's channel of external producers.

"ICM was selected to replace competitive solutions incumbent in other areas of their business. The insurer felt that CallidusCloud® offered the best of breed functionality in an easy to use product that scales to meet the needs of a large provider," said Tom Davis, Vice President, Insurance Sales, CallidusCloud.

CallidusCloud's ICM solution is built to deliver extreme automation in integration, plan configuration, producer management, payout calculation and communication. It is a highly configurable solution supporting rapid deployment, ease of use and reduced operational complexity. As part of the solution, the producer portal allows for delivery of payment and performance-related information through the web or a Customer Relationship Management system.
