CiRBA Appoints Industry Veteran Charles Crouchman as SVP, Development & Operations

CiRBA Inc., the leading provider of capacity transformation and control software, today announced the appointment of Charles Crouchman to the position of senior vice president of development and operations. In his role at CiRBA, Crouchman is charged with leading software development, product training and documentation, professional services and customer support.

Crouchman joins CiRBA from Mformation Technologies, a provider of advanced mobile device management solutions, where he served as senior vice president of product and delivery. Before this, Crouchman was at Opalis, a workflow automation platform provider, where he served as CTO and was responsible for driving the product strategy and development direction for the company. Opalis was acquired by Microsoft in December 2009. Prior to this, he was senior vice president of development at CA Inc., where he was responsible for the Workload Automation product line. His extensive experience also includes key roles at Cybermation, Amdahl, the Bank of Montreal and the Mutual Group. Charles holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo.
