"Profile of Courage" Photo Wins the Distinguished Deputy Minister of National Defence Photographic Award

KING CITY, ON, Nov. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - The Tema Conter Memorial Trust is pleased to announce that Lisa Scale, of Bella Photography, has won the distinguished Deputy Minister of National Defence award for Photography. Ms. Scale is the official photographer of the Tema Conter Memorial Trust. This award was bestowed upon Lisa yesterday evening in Ottawa, Ontario.
The photograph, commissioned by the Tema Conter Memorial Trust, features Afghanistan war veteran Master Corporal (retired) Paul Franklin with the backdrop of our Nation's Flag. Mr. Franklin was the recipient of the Tema Conter Memorial Trust Public Service Award in 2011.

The mandate of the Tema Conter Memorial Trust is to educate and to assist emergency services, correctional, and military personnel dealing with the effects of Acute and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
