(NYSE: CHS) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0525 per share of its common stock, a 5% increase over the dividend rate from November 2011.  The dividend is payable on December 17, 2012 to Chico's FAS shareholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2012.
