(NASDAQ: MORN), will hold its 18^th annual Morningstar® Canadian Investment Awards Gala on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012 at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in Toronto. The Morningstar Awards are designed to help investors identify the year's most exceptional funds and fund managers in Canada.

In Canada, the Morningstar Awards have a longstanding history of recognizing companies and individuals who have made a difference in the lives of investors through superior investment products, service, marketing, and education.

The analyst-driven Fund Manager of the Year awards recognize managers who have not only achieved impressive risk-adjusted returns, but have also been strong stewards of shareholder capital over the long term. MusiCounts is a Canadian music-education charity associated with The Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, the organization behind the nationally televised JUNO Awards. MusiCount's mission is to provide students with access to comprehensive music programs in Canadian schools. For the third year in a row, the proceeds from all submission-based awards will be donated to MusiCounts.
