Northwest International Healthcare Properties REIT announces monthly distribution

TSX-V: MOB.UN

TORONTO, Nov. 22, 2012 /CNW/ - NorthWest International Healthcare Properties REIT (the "REIT") announced today that it has declared a distribution of $0.025413 per trust unit (TSX-V: MOB.UN) for the month of November 2012.  The distribution reflects the regular monthly distribution of $0.013333 per unit plus an additional one-time adjustment of $0.012080 to give effect to the change in the distribution rate from October 1, 2012.  This distribution reflects the recently announced change in the annual distribution rate to $0.16 per unit per annum effective October 1, 2012 concurrent with the previously announced acquisition of international healthcare real estate assets and the disposition of its Canadian portfolio.  The distribution will be paid on December 17, 2012 to unitholders of record as at November 30, 2012.

NorthWest International Healthcare Properties REIT is an unincorporated, open-ended real estate investment trust established under the laws of the Province of Ontario. The REIT's objectives are to: (i) provide its unitholders with stable and growing cash distributions from investments focused on healthcare properties, on a tax efficient basis; (ii) enhance the value of the REIT's assets and maximize long-term unit value; and (iii) expand the asset base of the REIT.
