CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/22/12 -- AMG Bioenergy Resources Holdings Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ABG), a Canadian publicly traded company, wishes to correct the information regarding the date of a certain Land Use Rights Transfer Agreement between the Company and China Zhejiang Biodiesel Co, Ltd. (the "Agreement") referenced in the Company's March 22, 2012 News Release and Material Change Report, both of which have been filed on SEDAR.
The Agreement was dated February 28, 2011, not February 28, 2012.

The Company has been active in research and development of bio-fuel feedstock and biodiesel conversion with the intent of developing a business producing jatropha as a bio-fuel feedstock in the People's Republic of China and other parts of Asia.
