Similar is the case with managed multi Cloud hosting. You can very well understand how a big burden it would be to manage multi cloud servers for organization; this is why a service known as managed multi Cloud is provided to these users. This service ensures them the seam less running of their system administrative operations while organizations focus more on t...

First Utility Expands Customer Service Department and Creates 123 New Jobs in Warwick in 2012

LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 11/23/12 -- First Utility is the UK's largest independent energy supplier and has consistently offered some of the lowest priced tariffs in the UK and as a result, has seen a rapid increase in new customers, growing from 100,000 to over 120,000 in just over a month.

As a result, they have outgrown their original base at Tachbrook Business Park, where the company was founded in 2008, to a new 28,000 sq ft premises in the Opus 40 Business Park at the heart of Warwick's tech hub.

Improving Customer Services

One of the key benefits First Utility will get out of this move is the ability to increase the size of their customer service team.

Ian McCaig, CEO of First Utility commented:

"We have worked hard to build an energy company which offers a real alternative for consumers. Our business has grown rapidly over the past 12 months, with consumers looking to lower their bills through switching to more competitive tariffs and reduce their consumption through innovative new technology.

"Our new offices offer our growing staff numbers an exciting, high tech environment to work in, which is already proving to be an inspiring environment in which to grow.

"We are pleased to announce that, due to our fast track growth, we have grown our team by 60 per cent this year," he added. "We expect to further grow our market share over the next 12 months, as we continue to offer a compelling proposition which resonates with the UK consumer."

Comment on Customer Service Activity

In further response to a current high level of customer service activity, Operational Director, Dave D'Arcy commented:

"We'd like to thank our customers for their patience at this exceptionally busy period. First Utility has always brought great value and choice to the UK consumer by providing some of the most competitive tariffs available on the market. In fact, for the past eight out of ten past months, First Utility has been at the top of energy tariff comparison tables. This has generated tremendous demand.

We acknowledge that our customer service levels are not at the standard that we think is acceptable - which is why we have been actively recruiting and today we officially open a new office to accommodate our growing team. With the additional staff and other operational improvements currently underway, we fully expect to be within our service level commitments within the next few weeks. In the mean-time our customer service agents are committed to getting back to our customers as quickly as possible."
