Mercy plans to bring more than 150 devices online, including anesthesia and dialysis machines, to automate the flow of patient data directly into its Epic EMR.

Because the iSirona solution works within the Epic EMR, clinicians at Mercy will gain the ability to access accurate and timely patient data without significantly changing their current workflow. In addition, Mercy will be able to leverage its existing technology investments thanks to iSirona's software-based solution, which eliminates the need to purchase additional, single-use hardware.
