Tablevogue Patent and Outstanding Customer Reviews Drives $100m Plan

PENSACOLA, Fla., Nov. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Tablevogue uses utility patent to catapult sales initiative.  Tablevogue is the first full-length fitted cover designed specifically to fit standard size folding tables.  Armed with thousands of glowing online reviews from "mommy bloggers" and detail-obsessed hostesses everywhere, Tablevogue is positioned to expand rapidly with projections of $100m plus in revenue for 2013.  Increased market-share will come through the addition of ecommerce websites, specialty and big box stores and key B-2-B channels, including boutique hotels, private clubs and office supply.

"The demand is there and the patent gives us the luxury of growing quickly with a well-made, quality product that is also affordable.  The superior manufacturing and sophisticated yet versatile design detail is seen as a solid investment despite economic conditions," says founder Jane Birdwell.  A move away from covers that need clips or pins to secure and a trend for matte over satin that can easily pick and snag is also fueling sales.  Birdwell adds, "We know our customer loves Tablevogue because they have taken time out of their busy schedules to post amazing compliments online - the new holy-grail for consumer products and services."  Tablevogue plans to use strategic partnerships to quickly ramp up sales and admits the healthy forecast of $120m for 2013 is conservative, especially in the collegiate covers.

Tablevogue offers covers to fit the best selling sized tables used for both personal and commercial events. Sizes include 34", 5ft, 6ft, 8ft and 48", 60" and 72" rounds in white, natural and red.  The color black was added new for 2012 and is a strong performer.  New sizes, fabric colors and patterns and the potential for private licensed Tablevogue covers will give the company new reasons for repeat and new customers to get excited. "Our shopping cart conversion rate is very high, and over 80% of our customers purchased more than one cover with 55% rushing shipment.  This tells me – when she finds it – she needs it right away, so greater distribution will be very helpful for the company and the end-user." Birdwell added.
