The western-inspired ranch home, which once belonged to the famed actor of the same name, served as the backdrop for the auction, which garnered 12 bidders who vied for the 34-room, 11,700-square-foot-plus estate. The sale was conducted in cooperation with Marcie Hartley and Aaron Kirman of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie's International Real Estate. The buyer was from Chicago and was represented by Danelle Lavin, also of Hilton & Hyland.

Concierge Auctions' four-week global marketing campaign generated 7,134 website visitors from all US states (led by California, New York, Florida and Texas) and 97 international countries (led by Canada, the UK, Australia and Singapore). 761 buyer prospects inquired with interest, and 12 bidders participated in the sale.
