Under his guidance, Socially^TM, NTT DATA’s collaboration and gamification platform, is changing behavior, increasing employee productivity, and enhancing global collaboration. Socially has helped lower the employee attrition rates for some development teams by as much as 70 percent. Perhaps most importantly, new solutions and services are being developed through the social gaming platform, directly benefiting clients. Sayeed is also a professor of entrepreneurship and innovation at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
