Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. Humboldt Capital Corporation Increases Interest in Tuscany Energy Ltd.

CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/06/12 -- Humboldt Capital Corporation ("Humboldt") (TSX VENTURE:HMB) advises that from June 12, 2011 to November 30, 2012 Humboldt purchased 1,010,000 Common Shares of Tuscany Energy Ltd. ("Tuscany") (TSX-V: TUS) by normal course purchases through the facilities of the Toronto Venture Exchange. The Common Shares acquired by Humboldt, together with Tuscany's purchases and cancellation of its own Common Shares, has resulted in Humboldt's ownership in Tuscany's outstanding Common Shares increasing by 2% over the period.

R. W. Lamond ("Lamond") owns 72% of the outstanding shares of Humboldt and 100% of Lamond Investments Ltd ("LI"). Lamond, LI and Humboldt together own 44,603,434 Common Shares of Tuscany, or approximately 37% of the outstanding Common Shares of Tuscany.

The acquisitions were for investment purposes and each of Humboldt, LI and Lamond may, from time to time, as market opportunities exist or develop, increase or decrease their beneficial ownership, or control and direction over, Tuscany's Common Shares as permitted by securities law.
