Taptera offers nine off-the-shelf applications that can be easily and quickly customized to meet each client’s unique requirements, branding, and more. Mattress Firm, which utilizes Salesforce and its Chatter solution for its teams, sought out a solutions partner that was able to integrate Chatter functionality into the application as seamlessly as other social feeds.

The Chatter integration includes the ability for all users of a specified Chatter Group to access the group’s feed. Additionally users have the ability to view, in-app, Chatter files attached to feed posts, post photos from a user’s device to a Chatter group and the ability to “Like” and “Comment” per the traditional Chatter service. With the integration of Salesforce Chatter into Events by Taptera, the application will soon be available through the AppExchange. From the AppExchange, prospects will be able to gain exposure to the application and the customization that Taptera can provide to any organization. Events by Taptera has also been successfully deployed by companies including TechCrunch, APPNATION, TechTarget and others.
