The dishware is identical to that used throughout the hotel, but was purchased specifically for the Kosher Kitchen and includes separate sets for dairy and meat menus. The kitchen also has its own dishwashers to handle the dishes and the rabbi, who stays in the kitchen through meal preparation, is also on hand after the event to ensure dishes are properly washed and stored. Ovens are also locked and while use of the kitchen is under the direction of a supervising rabbi, it may also be used by other rabbis. Currently the kitchen is equipped to serve 100 persons or less, mainly due to the amount of oven space available.
