Swank Capital and Cushing® MLP Asset Management Announce Rebalancing of The Cushing® Upstream Energy Income Index

DALLAS, Dec. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Swank Capital, LLC and Cushing® MLP Asset Management, LP announced today upcoming changes to the constituents of The Cushing® Upstream Energy Income Index (the "Index") as part of normal index operations. After the markets close on January 4, 2013, the 25 constituents of the Index will be adjusted and rebalanced and the changes will become effective on January 7, 2013.

The Index is designed to track the performance of publicly traded U.S. royalty trusts and upstream exploration and production ("Upstream") energy master limited partnerships ("MLPs").
