Residential Finance Corporation Appoints Nick Hahn CFO
Seasoned veteran brings innovation and vision to growing mortgage lender

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Residential Finance Corporation, an award-winning nationwide mortgage lender, has named senior industry executive Nicholas "Nick" G. Hahn to the position of chief financial officer. Hahn, a 30-year banking and financial services industry veteran, will serve as a key member of Residential Finance's executive team and be responsible for directing and overseeing the company's finance and accounting functions. Most recently, Hahn served as the chief financial officer of Capitol Bancorp Limited in Lansing, Michigan, a publicly traded community banking holding company with operations in 10 states. Prior to Capitol Bancorp, Hahn served as chief financial officer of DeepGreen Financial, Inc. and chief financial officer of Senior Lending Network. Hahn has also held senior executive roles at Countrywide Financial Corporation, Associated Banc-Corp and CoBank.
