CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/10/13 -- The Board of Directors of ATCO Ltd. today declared a first quarter dividend of 37.5 cents per Class I Non-Voting (TSX:ACO.X) and Class II Voting share (TSX:ACO.Y), a 15% increase over the 32.75 cents paid in each of the previous four quarters. The dividend is payable March 31, 2013, to shareholders of record on March 8, 2013.

These dividends are eligible dividends within the meaning of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
