Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. NGA.NET U.S. Public Sector Appoints Bryan Hochstein Vice President of Customer Experience

In this role, Hochstein will be tasked with leading all aspects of customer experience, from account management to customer support.

Hochstein has over 15 years of experience in human capital management, recruiting, staffing, talent management and government procurement and contracting. With his knowledge of federal customers and their challenges, Hochstein will assume responsibility for all aspects of NGA.NET’s customer experience and will also lead a specialized Customer Experience team that will encompass all account management and customer support functions. Hochstein will focus on establishing the infrastructure required to deliver a continuously improving customer experience, while growing and developing the team within the organization.

Prior to joining NGA.NET, Hochstein was the inventor and co-founder of QuickHire, an organization which pioneered talent acquisition and talent management in the U.S. federal government. QuickHire was acquired by Monster Worldwide in 2003 where he served as vice president of business development for Monster Government Solutions until 2007. Hochstein also founded and led KnowGov, a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing automated services for public and government agencies to collaborate on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
