Top Legal Questions Answered In addition to the legal guides, consumers can get free advice about their own speeding ticket in Avvo's Q&A forum – usually within an hour of submitting their inquiry. Nearly 7,500 questions were asked on Avvo.com in 2012 related to speeding tickets, with a 99 percent answer rate.
