TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/18/13 -- OutdoorPartner Media Corporation (TSX VENTURE:OPX.H) (the "Corporation") today announced the results of its annual general meeting held on January 15, 2013 (the "Meeting") at Toronto, Ontario. The shareholders of the Corporation approved all the resolutions put before them at the Meeting. At the Meeting, shareholders voted to re-elect Richard D. McGraw, G. Ariel Huber and Karen Robinson Cope as directors for the ensuing year, reappoint Lipton LLP as the Corporation's auditors for the ensuing year, and authorized the directors to fix the auditor's remuneration. Following the revocation of cease trade orders ("CTOs") issued against the Corporation as announced in a press release dated October 22, 2012, the Corporation has focused its efforts on investigating opportunities for a business combination or similar transaction and satisfying its undertakings given to the Ontario Securities Commission in connection with the revocation of the CTOs, including calling and holding the Meeting. In addition, the Corporation had recently filed an application to the TSX Venture Exchange Inc. for reinstatement for trading of its shares on NEX and has been advised that the shares of the Company are scheduled to be reinstated to trading effective the opening Monday, January 21, 2013.
