Me having experience dealing with cloud based tech and consulting and integration services, I realize the need for a secure and consistant cloud service. Many people are concerned with the privacy, or lack thereof, that could occur with storing personal documents into a non-physical storage unit. I can see, though with companies such as ours and Metacloud, we are working toward a more secure and easy to use cloud system for both personal and professional use. Spursh Parikh www.sererra.com

Orlando World Center Marriott Announces Opening of Siro: Urban Italian Kitchen

ORLANDO, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 01/24/13 -- Capturing the public's ever-growing desire for Orlando dining experiences that provide a sensory journey venturing far beyond the palate, Orlando World Center Marriott is pleased to announce the opening of their newest restaurant, Siro: Urban Italian Kitchen - Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013. In the heart of Orlando, Siro creates magic by transporting guests to a piazza-style bistro, expertly blending contemporary urban ambience with the time-honored Italian custom of communal camaraderie.

Open for early-evening light fare and dinner, Executive Chef Anthony Burdo presents a crafted menu featuring dishes inspired by local fare, as well as plates that boast vibrant flavors, utilize local in-season ingredients and maintain Siro's philosophy: from farm-to-fork. Engaging the most discerning diners, blackboards overhead showcase the heart of Siro's menu: artisan cured meats and cheeses, small plates and fresh market vegetables. While guests pick and choose from selections to start their meal, family-style sharing begins with breads and pickles served on oversized wooden planks.

The main entrée style courses are simple yet innovative, changing with the seasons and the garden's daily bounty. Flavorful varieties include everything from thin-crust pizzas and house-made pastas to various meats and fish selections. These signature dishes enhance the restaurant's extensive drink menu, as bartenders have mastered the "Garden to Glass" method of mixology -- preparing handcrafted Italian classics from the Negroni and Aperol Spritz to the "The Artisan," Lemoncello Martini -- complete with fresh squeezed juices and fragrant herbs. In true Italian tradition, selected wines -- served by the glass and quartino carafes -- as well as local craft beer selections encourage experimentation, sampling and sharing.

Offering an unparalleled approach to dining, Siro will accommodate 199 guests -- 143 in the main dining room and 56 on the patio -- for everyday dining and special events. Set to be one of the hottest spots to see and be seen in Orlando, Siro's "work hard, play hard" credo offers guests a loose-tie atmosphere to unwind and relax after a busy day. The space couples texture and warmth from reclaimed wood and other materials, while illuminating industrial elements to achieve an energized and inviting atmosphere, enlivened by music, the buzz of conversation and the clinking of glasses in toasts until 11 pm, seven days a week for dinner. The early-evening menu, from 4 - 6 pm, features Antipasti, small plates, pizza and blackboard specials, in addition to a full bar. Dinner, from 6 - 11 pm, features a full menu.
