SANTA CLARA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/28/13 -- Applied Micro Circuits Corporation (NASDAQ: AMCC), a global leader in computing and connectivity solutions for next-generation cloud infrastructure and data centers, will present during two sessions at the upcoming Linley Tech Data Center Conference. Addressing the changing workload and bandwidth requirements of the cloud, AppliedMicro will conduct two presentations focusing on 100G Ethernet standardization and the ARM 64-bit X-Gene Server on a Chip platform.
Chris Bergen will present "Architecting a Cloud Server for Evolving Data Center Workloads," discussing how new server and board configurations can address changing workloads in the cloud while driving down the total cost of ownership (TCO) in the data center on Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 2:25 p.m.
The Linley Tech Data Center Conference is a two-day, single track event focused on the processors, components, and interconnects for data-center networking and servers.
